I have spent hours searching for an answer to this, but never have seen a direct reply.

I have a 99 F150 4.6 4x4. Transmission finally died. All the interchange books say 99 is a one year only. I have another 4r70W out of a 2001 4.6 4x4. What problems am I facing trying to put the 2001 into the 99?

Also, I'm replacing the converter and solenoids. Any thing else suggested?
