4.2 5 speed to a 5.4?
Will a the 5.4 hook up to the 4.2s 5 speed manual traninsmission? I would appreciate any help you may provide. Thanks

Nope. Different bolt patterns.

Even if it could, that transmission cannot handle the 5.4.
