Won't move in gear at a dead stop

OK so I have around 200,000 miles on it an I just got it a few months ago. But I just had the torque converter solenoid changed, tranny filter an gasket , but now when the truck gets up to operating temp. When I'm at a dead stop the truck will not move in gear until the rpms hit about 3 or 4 an it feels kind of sluggish/hesatent to move. I can't figure it out an hope that some one here can help me thanks.
