After the mud bogs last month my trans started acting up. Heres a list of what its doing

Feels like its taking off in second
shifts high, right around 3k rpms without being WOT
while in OD and cruising itll downshift into 3rd and back to OD bout every 10 seconds or so


I tested reverse and its fine. I put it in first and first pulls. Same with second. And no sign of slipping either.

 

Get the codes read. Don't go to an auto parts store, they can't read the codes that you need.

 

Its not throwing a code

 

If the OD light ever flashed, there's a code.
