2000 F150 4x4 5.4 Stall Speed/Slippage?
well, when you're done hurting the transmission feel free to return it to stock line pressure and increase the line pressure mechanically via a "shift kit" ("seperator plate" or "j-mod")
you failed to tell us what gears the truck is equiped with and what size tire you are running...
how long have you had the line pressure cranked up via the pump? if it's been too long then you might be in need of a new transmission as nothing can help a failing pump besides a rebuild

so now we'll wait on you to provide us more info since we can't see thru the internet
*edit*
if you wanted to hear what you want to hear, next time feel free to post that so we can oblidge VS telling you what you need to hear
That's still low. I would expect the stall speed to be closer to 2000.
Either the engine is low on power or the torque converter has failed and lost it's torque multiplying abilities. If the one way clutch inside the converter fails this will happen.
Once again, that's how a torque converter works. It slips until it locks. This is how it is supposed to work.
Torque converters were like this before electronic controls.
