There are quite a few pages of info you can find here about that- They are a pain but once you do it a few times you figure out a pretty good system.. You will need several different extensions of different lengths and swivel sockets.. Do yourself a favor and call mike dunn at madenterprise and order his cop bolts- they make the job much easier the next time..

Use Motorcraft plugs, do NOT use antiseize, and torque them to 28 ft/lb.
Get a fluid exchange with a machine, not a power flush. This is done with the engine running to run the trans pump to pump out the old fluid and draw the fresh fluid in. A power flush uses the machine to pump the fluid, not good.

Ooor the other option- Drop the pan, throw it in the trash and buy an aftermarket one with a drain plug. Then call Darrin Burch @ BC automotive and have him hook you up with a sweet new torque converter and valve body.. Install new parts, refill trans with amsoil atf, and never look back
