I got an 08 screw 5.4l 3v auto transmission. Running a gryphon in #1 transmission only canned. What is the transmission temp average? high-low end...Also will keeping it in the transmission canned tune hurt anything when I start driving cross country to see the kids?

Temperature should be anywhere from 120-220°F.

I don't know anything about those tunes. Personally I wouldn't run ANY tunes on any truck that I wanted to be reliable.
