Best torque convert

Hey Guys,
I am trying to spec out a good torque converter for my F150. It's a 5.4l, punched .20 over, cammed (CompCam 102100 - I Think), PI-Swap, 4x4, Super cab.

I had the transmission rebuilt (E4OD) about 30k miles ago (about 2 years ago) - Trans works great, has a B&M shift kit, but I hate the rebuilt TC the rebuilder installed. It shutters, chatters etc.

The transfer case let go last week, and while I have everything else apart, I figured now would be the best time to replace the torque converter with a better one. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've never had to spec out a TC before.... The truck is lightly modded with several more mods on the way (E-Fans, True Duals, bigger TB and MAF, CAI, Locker, etc) and a tune.

Thanks!
Alex

How are you gonna put a 4R70W converter in a E4OD?

They are similar. Just like Ford and Chevy pickups are similar. They are not interchangeable.

Thought so. I ended up with a heavy duty rebuilt one from Florida Torque. I ran out of money to buy a brand new one. This one comes with: Furnace Brazed Pump and Turbine, Welded Turbine Hub, Hardend Billet Splines, Torrington Bearings, Precision Steel Pump Drive, Extreme duty high carbon clutch material and has been computer balanced and pressure tested.
