I did a brief search and couldnt find anything

i know the new 6R trannys that are in the 09+ F150's dont have a mechanical valve body and are completely electronically controlled. that said is a tuner all you need to firm up the shifts? i feel like my trans kind of slides between gears and i know that is not healthy for the tranny in the long run, especially once you start attacking it with more horsies and larger tires.

Do some more searching - and read some threads in the Tuners forum. This is an issue with no clear-cut solution yet. Reason is, there is a separate TCM for that tranny which is apparently not directly accessible.
