Trailer Hauling

I have a few questions, I am thinking about buying a travel trailer and a little concerned about the transmission. I have a 07 FX4 do I have a cooled trans? I looked in the owners manual and I'm not sure of the wheel base on this model so is my limit 7600 or 7100 lbs? Also when towing a cargo trailer I know I have to turn the OD off I'm assuming its the same for a travel trailer. Any advice you have would be appreciated. Thanks ya'll. TEX

Look in the front of your truck just behind the grille, if you see a smaller radiator infront of your main radiator then you have a transmission cooler

Every automatic transmission has a trans cooler. Period.

The weight limit doesn't take payload into account. I'd recommend you do not get a trailer with a max gross weight over 7000 pounds. Leave the bigger ones for the 3/4 and 1 ton guys.
