If the thing is going into and out of OD then definitely take OD off. at those speeds. It isn't going to cost you much and it will help that OD band life.

Where I said that being in drive versus OD is a benefit is at the speed the OP was questioning, not at 65 MPH (one of those variables I discussed in my second post in this thread).

This is something I have always done when driving in city, its a habit now.
