2005 leaking tranny fluid

Hi

i just recently had the torque converter and front pump replaced on my 2005 and now there is fluid leaking from around the the pan. There are noticeable drops of fluid around each of the pan bolts. Do you think they simply didn't replace the pan gasket or is it something else? It leaks about the size of a pancake each night.

thanks for the help

My guess is that they did replace. The pan gasket is reusable. If they put the wrong type of gasket on, it could leak.

thanks.

Could it be anything else, leaking around the bolts like that? I could take it back to the dealer, but I am so frustrated with them, I am considering pulling the pan and replacing the gasket myself. I have a fluid evacuator, so it would be a matter of getting a new gasket.

What do you think? Is it worth a try?

I would have whoever did the work, make it right. You should not have to cover the cost for their screwup.
