tranny question

Question tranny question

i have an 08 f150 and when i am on a hill and let go of the brake the truck rolls backward not just slowly but pretty fast. its an automatic transmission and it only rolls back in 1st gear and drive not 2nd is my tranny going already or is it suppose to be like this???? please help... thank you all much

It's because the torque converter on these newer trucks is fairly 'loose' from the factory. It definitely isn't a problem.
