Stuttering with overdrive on at 40mph and above

Greetings.
I have a 2002 F150 5.4L 4x4 auto tranny with 90k miles. About a month ago I noticed a stuttering that would only occur when I was crusing at 55mph. This stuttering would occur almost always three time in a row and I can duplicate it every time once it starts. All I have to do is cruise at around 55mph, let go of the gas pedal to decelerate to 50mph and gradually step on the gas pedal again and the three consecutive stuttering would occur.

These are the things I have tried thus far in order:

Drain transmission (pan only) and refill with Pennzoil Multi Vehicle fluid

Ford teflon grease on slip yoke

Lubguard's Dr. Tranny Instant Shutter Fix

Now I can duplicate the stuttering anytime I let go of the gas pedal and gradually step on the gas pedal from 40mph on above.

I also changed the plugs and coils at 60k.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Get the trans fluid changed. Changing only the fluid in the pan is a waste of time and money. You changed at best half of the total fluid by only changing what's in the pan.

Your truck probably doesn't have a drain plug in the torque converter so you'll need a place with a fluid exchange machine to change the fluid. Make sure they use a MERCON V fluid, not some universal fluid with a magic additive that turns it into MERCON V.

Exactly what Mark said.

This almost sounds like torque converter shudder to me. Does hitting the brake, lightly enough to just turn on the brake lights, while you are accellerating make it immediately stop doing it?

You have to hit the brake and the gas at the same time. I know it sounds kind of silly, but try it and see what happens.
