Not an issue at all if i run it with a trans cooler.

Tech notes:
M-7195-4R Fits 4R70W Trans
M-7195-AOD Fits AOD/AODE Trans

and your running the 4R75E correct ? Don't think that one will work. plus, you would have to buy a gasket, where as the Mag already has one.

EDIT: Looking around, I am not sure Mag hytech has even made a pan for that model tranny.

check out this article I just read tho, kinda cool

When I crawl under the truck, the pan on my 4R75E looks just like the pan on the 4R70W. Same number of bolts, and to the naked eye, same pattern.

It looks like I'll have to do a little more research on this before I order anything. Luckily, the truck is brand new as opposed to older & in need of repair, and I'm not in a hurry.

The 4R70W & 4R75E does have the same pan bolt pattern.

.....and from what I recall, the OEM transmission pan gaskets are suppose to be reusable.

This sounds like I need to call the Ford Tech Hotline. Does anyone know if (586) 468-1356 is the current number?

Yes, the gasket on your oem pan is reusable. If you go with a mag-hytec, there's a seal/gasket built into the pan (as MercedesTech said in an earlier post) and you will not need the oem gasket. Also, i would think if you go with another aftermarket pan, they would include or offer a gasket that best suits that application.
