04 F150 tranny filter or flush?

I have an 04 F150 4X4 FX4 Screw(new body style)with the 5.4 and I am about 7000 miles overdue for the 30000 mile tranny filter change. My door jamb says I have the code B tranny which is not in my owners manual. Can anyone tell me which trans I have and whether I can just change the fluid and filter or if I have to have it flushed? The fluid is still very pink and I don't haul much since I have the Screw with the baby bed and nothing actually fits back there.I do tow ocassionally but nothing real heavy.Any help would be great!!Thanx,Bob.

You have the 4R75E, it is basically an upgraded 4R70W.

A fluid flush is the best thing to do. You can do it yourself:
