The motor is not throwing codes and runs fantastic. took it to Ford and they could not find any "motor" problems.
I have posted under "motor dies in drive", look it up to see everything I have done. The bottom line is that I have narrowed this issue down to the tranny. The truck accelerates and runs great. It shifts fairly well under normal driving, but at WOT or hard acceleration the shifts are not smooth by any means. The tranny has 160K on her. What prompted you to change the "transmission" clutch?
Something else to look at is your fuel filter and injectors. I also had performance problems when I programed my computer with a weak battery. I had all sort of shif and start problems.

so i just finished changing the fluid... i couldn't wait to Sunday so i put some new fluid and friction modifier in there and its seems the drive a little smoother... as for the vibration, its gone. hopefully that was all it needed. everything inside the differential looked in good shape but the oil was so damn dirty!!!!! pure black and smelled like ****!!!
