Need Kickdown Linkage

I need a kickdown linkage for a 1982 F150 5.0L/302 enginge. The dealer says Ford hasn't made/stocked them since 2000. Anyone know of a specific place where I might find one. Thanks

What trans do you have? The C6 kickdown is a vacuum line. Some AODs use a kickdown rod, and some use a cable like these:
