Question 2007 auto tranny
Is there a cable that operates the tranny when you use the gear selector? This is the easiest gear shift to shift that I have ever shifted in my life.

Do you have the column-mount shifter or the center-console shifter?

Yup, should be identicle setup to yer '97's 4R70w, but I haven't crawled under one to personally check.

deapee, don't think the console shifter is available with an XL.

Column shifter.
After driving my new 07 for almost a week now I drove my 97 today and "DAYUM",what a difference between the two! My 97 feels like a POS compared to my 07.
