I've towed some, but not a lot. The main concern with towing with a lowered truck is the height when loaded the rear will be. With a car hauler, it will prolly put some weight on the rear of the truck, so a reciever hitched turned upside down will help ya out some. Also, you will prolly want to keep the L as far back as possible to keep the weight on the axles of the trailier not your truck. I put a trailer with welder in the very front of it on my truck and it did something to the E-brake bracket, so be sure and make sure everything underneith is ok and no rubbage occurs.

i did have a problem befor i put some ait bags in the back, the rear is lowered 3 inches and with the boat it bottomed on some bumps, but with the bags no problems, if ya get a basic kit with just the bags and fill them up at a gas station its about 150 but with its own copressor it will be 300 or so..

I've just got a Flowmaster SI/DO 50 series with DynoMax stainless steel tips, and ya, I've still got the cats.

Thanks about the wheels, great mod to do.

Jim~
Nice Baja man! I've towed with my buddys L and my Dads L before and they tow pretty good though, a lot more power...lol

Where can you get the air bag kit...?? Is it the kit that replaces the shocks and mounts to the stock shock mounting points? If so, how does the truck ride with no load on it?

Phil~
Thanks for the info man....I just got a good deal on some 20's...I can't wait to get them on and post some pics for everyone...

the kit i got i ordered from "TRUCKIN" mag, and it uses stock everything, and just mounts between the leafs and the chassis, i would recomend getting the compressor with it, i had just the bags for awhile and was a pain to fill, bags and compressor was about 300, and i installed...

I"ve got the Ground force 2/4" drop kit on my 97.
I lowered the truck BECAUSE I tow. Ain't right a 2 wheel drive sitting out there, *** hanging in the air so high. (IMHO).

Anyway, tows like a dream. I also put on lightning rear sway bar, (which helped alot).......

Thanks again for the response.....I think I'll have to look into the air bags with the compressor, is the compressor all ugly and huge or is it pretty compact? Do you have pics you could maybe post for me....

Dragstang~
Like the car man.....whats it run? Coupes are the way to fly....
