I purchased a new 2023 Ford F150 Lariat. I tried using the navigation and it tells me that I have to go to Ford Pass Aps to initiate the Navigation. I loaded the Ford Pass app on my phone and tried but it still will not allow me to use it. It only shows the map. How can I get the navigation to start. My wife's 2017 Ford Expedition, we when we bought it new, automatically started and I still use it today.

 

Take it to your dealership. They should be able to activate it at no charge for you.
