I was wondering if anyone new when you can order a raptor with the new 6.2L engine? I know they are supposed to be released this fall and I am thinking about selling my mustang and getting back into a truck and I love the Raptor. There is a Orange one at my local dealership that is very nice but it only has the 5.4

 

I would like to know the same.

 

The 6.2 is supposed to be available sometime in February.

 

I think they will be sold out by the end of the year(2010)

 

Motor Trend has a nice write up on the Raptor. They state the 6.2 will be in early next year.

 

Im joining the Coast Gaurd in the summer, hopefully after bootcamp i can find a 6.2 laying around a a dealership that seen me coming for miles lol

 

Hopefully about the same time as the Supercrew version arrives - that's my baby, a Screw Raptor with the 6.2.

 

I just put my order in for a 6.2 Raptor through the military exchange. My order is currently set up as a 5.4 but switches to a 6.2 as soon as it becomes available. My salesman's rep told him that it will be available to order in December. That was as of a couple of days ago. Our orders go right to the factory though, no dealer involved.

 

Nice. I want one real bad and I cant wait to hear the price on it!
