We'd just get hammered for suggesting the need for more than the 5.4.

 

After months of speculation it's good to find out this engine actually exists. What we don't know is if it will remain with SVT or will the 6.2 make it's way onto the option list for the average F150.

 

You would think they would have to filter down... Otherwise not just offer the EB?

 

Awesome! Simply awesome! I love everything about it, even the color and the huge F O R D on the grill. Who will be the first to put that grill on a regular F150?

 

No one, this truck is 7" wider than the regular F-150. I doubt many of the parts will be an exact fit.

 

The extra width comes from a body kit. The grill dimensions are identical to a stock '09.

 

I really like it "because" of the grille :-)

When I first saw the new 09's, I hated them, and the worst part of them was that hideous chrome grille. I couldn't imagine anything that could help it..... But this grille absolutely does ! Tougher than $#!+ and "Ford" proud !

Those tiny little marker lights are kind of... uhhhh.... gay ? :-)

But all in all, the Raptor looks WAAAAAY better than the first 09's I saw photos of.... and all of their fugly chrome.
