leveling a 2006 F150 lariat

Looking to see what people are doing to level out the front of a 2006 F150 super crew 5.5 bed.
My front end is quite low and I would like to level it out but don't want to compromise the steering or suspension.
Thank you

You can go with lowering shackles.

I had a 2007, I used a 2" Auto spring leveling kit. I also added an add-a-leaf in the rear.

Did you use spacers that go on top of the struts?
