Hello, I have an FX4 2007 Crew Cab, recently I had an accident and damaged the front and rear shock on the right side. I had installed Bilstein HD, my truck is neither lift nor lowered, height oem with tires 285 / 70R17, I had to install again the oem that had saved. My question, if I want a safer handling, with more control and stability, both in straight and curves (only transit onroad, not offroad) and, I do not like the feeling of handling with oem shocks, I must reinstall the Bilstein HD or some Belltech STREET PERFORMANCE, which has longer life and better quality of handling. What dou you recommend ? . Thank you.

 

The more you can afford the better it will ride. The Bilsteins will handle well. If you can afford to go Belltech or Fox coil over, you will love the ride much more in comfort/control, and height adjust-ability.
