Just rebuilt transmission now I'm moving to front end. I need new ball joints and just thinking about changing the complete LCA but my question is how do you tell the difference between base payload and HD payload? Or will they both work? They are same price.

Likely they share the same part number as well.

Just looked on R.A. and some brands show just the one part number for left lower and then one for right lower with no mention of LD vs HD.
Some list a separate number for LD vs HD, and some tell you the HD will work as well on a LD pickup.

Thank You! I only have 6-lugs so will go with base payload.
