Unlevel Lifted Truck

A year ago, I installed a Rough Country 6" suspension lift with 325/65R18 tires on my 09 F150. I've recently noticed that after installing my Ranch Hand brush guard that the front end sits noticeably lower than the rear and I'm not fond of it. What is the best way (and cheapest) to level my truck out again? I've read that adding a leveling kit to a lift makes the ride worse and messes up the ball joints. Is there also a way to lower the back end?

Have you measured how much lower it is yet?

No, but it looks around 1-2 inches lower.

I can't remember but if the rough country lift provides the full 6" of drop down, you could add a 2" spacer and still have acceptable angles. If it's only the 5" drop then your limited to about a 1" spacer. But measuring it would help the difference would help so you know what size spacer to order.

Otherwise you could go with a smaller block in the rear to lower it that way.
