Ok guys, I just had an idea.
So I am dealing with some camber issues and I need them taken care of asap. I'm thinking out loud here but I think I may be on to something. So most camber kits offer 1* or 1.5* of camber adjustment. If you need more adjustment you need to elongate the LCA holes. The issue is most shops don't want to touch the vehicles when this is done unless they are specialty shops.
Maybe this is a solution.
What if you elongate the hole a bit and then drill a new hole directly in line at the opposite end just like at the factory? Then flip the camber kit around and place it at the new end. Wouldn't that give you the adjustment you need? The hole usually needs to be elongate .25"-.5" so there is a good amount of adjustment from the inner of the truck out. What do you guys think? Is this a breakthrough?
