Quick Suspension Help Please!!

The driver's side front of my truck seems to be slightly lower then the passenger side. I attached pics of the lower a-arm front and rear bolts.

Driver's side has bolts positioned near top and the passengers are near the bottom. Could this be why the driver's side is slightly lower.

Is it possible for me to jack it up, loosen bolts, spin them towards bottom, and re-tighten??

I installed a fabetch 6" system myself on my old 2001 f150, so I have experience with this kind of stuff. I figured I would make a quick post to see if anyone knows before I go taking stuff apart.

Thanks,

Any help would be great. I am hoping I can get frame up on a jack stand, then take some tension off of the a-arm with a jack and loosen and rotate bolts.

No those are camber/caster adjustment bolts, have nothing to do with height.

Look at the coil springs? I've seen a hand full of guys saying they had broken springs on the forums.

Doesnt look like there is a broken spring, but something looks off on drivers side top. Like spring is seated right or sumthn.

Guess i would need a spring compressor to take it out n look at it?

you can pull the strut out as an assembly, but if you need to break it down (take off center nut on top) then you need to compress it

You said you did the lift on your 2001 yourself, so did you pay to have this one done? If so, just take it back to the guys that installed it.

You said "it seems lower" have you measured all four wheel well heights? And verified the simple things like tire pressure?

measure the same point on each side of the truck to another point and report back. top of a arm to a point, top of a arm to a point. just make sure its the same point and the truck is level as possible. if it differs drastically let us know. also take pictures of the suspension front on so I can see both sides. I cant comment without knowing what I'm looking at. sometimes the weirdest angles make you think something is wrong but its all just the angle. I cant express how many times i thought my frame was bent or my truck was crooked but it turned out to just be the way it was sitting.
