Camburg 1.25 UCA

Just picked these up today. Having them installed Monday or Tuesday depending on when I get off work. This picture does no justice on how big they are.

I'm running 35x12.50/17 pro comp xtreme all terrains with aftermarket rims with 4.5 backspacing, I scrub now, should I see a big improvement with them?

Oh have a 2.0 HBS kit, with rancho quick lift.

Will post before and after picks when done.

Unless your rubbing the control arm, they'll make no difference at all. If you are rubbing the control arm, it'll either be better or worse. But your ball joint angles will thank you.

And I'm assuming you have the quick lift set at the 0 setting since you have a leveling kit too?

Yep at zero. Got them for free from a buddy who traded his truck.

Ok sorry for the wait. Put the UCAs on they look great. But hated the scrubbing on full turn, especially in reverse. So bought a rough country lift kit, that came in today and will be putting on next Wednesday. 6".

Gonna wait to add full leafs and shocks around Christmas. I want to get the 6" leaf spring and go 8".
Will the rear shock with the kit still work or will I need a taller shock?

Picks on Thursday I promise.

If the lift kit you bought came with blocks for the rear and you want to swap in leafs to replace the blocks but it will be the same height then no. But if the leafs you are swapping will be on top of the blocks you received then yes. Measure the distance from the axle tube to the top of the leaf pack take whichever set up I just talked about whether it be with or without blocks and measure that. If its more than say 2 inches I would say yes you do need them because otherwise your shock will be almost fully extended all the time which will give you a **** ride.

Yes I will be buying the 6" atlas ones and adding them to the original block/bump stop. I'm guessing I'm answering my own question on needing a taller shock. Does bilstein make an 8" shock? Or is there another company in mind?

ya I would assume so. the make a million different shocks and someone somewhere makes something for your application. go on to offroad warehouse.com or 4 wheel parts.com and search and see what you can come up with.
