I've done the research and I've seen adding coil overs might work they're a little pricey so I'd like to confirm they will lift the front end a little bit more with the 3" leveling kit I already have in place... Any feed back?
No offense taken... I don't wanna put a 6 inch lift, I'm keeping 35s on the truck, the *** end sits up a tad higher cuz there's aftermarket blocks in the back and I wanna level it out by raising the front another an inch or so, I don't have the $ to drop on a whole suspension lift, maybe even a taller spacer...
You didn't do any research at all if you got a 3" spacer to start with. You should've stuck with 2.5" at the max, if you wanna level it take out the blocks in the back and put in a smaller one.
I agree. Almost everyone agrees that the 3 inch leveling kits leave the CV and ball joints at too severe of an angle to last. 2.5 inches is the limit for the 04-13 F-150's. If you are wanting to level the truck, drop the rear slightly. If you are just wanting more height, add a 3 inch body lift.

Is there like a 4" front kit I could buy anywhere? Control arms and coil overs ect and that's it I don't wanna buy the rear blocks... I found the total chaos upper control arm kit? Is that my solution for the angles? Will that give me an extra inch or two?

You need to buy a full 4" suspension lift, whether you use the blocks or not is up to you. BDS, rancho, and rough country all have 4" kits and there's probably some others that I can't think of right now.
Those control arms will help with the angles you have now with that 3" level because they can't be great, but your not going to fit 4" in there properly without a full kit that has a drop down subframe.
And if your asking if the control arms are going to give you an inch or two of lift the answer is no.

Why are you even asking, Sounds like your going to do what you think is right anyway.
