Axle wrap lifted ecoboost
are the blocks stacked (2 blocks)? if so you could remove the smaller block and add an AAL that will help some, but with out going with a new leaf pack withno blocks you will need trac bars to correct the proble. I have he same problem with my lifted 02 f150 with 35's and 4.56 gears, i am planing on adding an AAL, removing the stock block, and adding trac bars to corect my issue.
So it sounds more like something was installed wrong coming off the assembly line over it being from the lift, did the dealership say anything about fixing it?
And aal is an add a leaf.

If my truck is built right, they r not sure if the traction bar will eliminate the banging since the clearance between floor and transfer case is so tight.
Maybe stiffening the springs will help but I am hoping to avoid losing too much ride comfort...
Maybe it will end up being a combination of fixes...
Anti-wrap block + traction bars? Who knows?
The bars will get the wrap out of the rear end, but you may still have problems if the clearance between the transfer case is that close. about the only thing you could do about that is get a soild trans mount and get rid of the rubber mount so it will not move. only problem with soild mounts are you feel alittle more vibs than you would with the rubber mount. you may not even notice it over the tires. I would ask them to put the bars on, and a soild trans mount so the trans dont jump up and down if it was me.
They compared clearance to other trucks they have.
No assembly issues, they r all the same.
But after they put bars on, if it doesn't eliminate problem, I guess they'll keep doing stuff til issue is resolved.
But we won't know til bars r on. Just waiting for them to come in.

in the end they installed traction bars...for the most part it resolves the issue...it does not pound like it did before when accelerating and go into a "hop"
but stomping on the gas going over railway tracks, for example, will still get the transfer case to bump the floor of the cab...but you almost have to "try to make it happen"
