Also here is a vid clip of it happening n it does sound like its under the floor of the cabin.
They also changed transmission mount to raptor mount.
I saw the old n new part n it was definitely much beefier!

I doubt you'll be able to get them to do anything about it, it's just the nature of lift blocks and high power engines. It's not like its broken and shouldn't be doing that, it's kinda expected for that too happen if you get what I'm saying. Good luck though, I'm sure trying to deal with them to get it straight is a pain haha.

At that price, they have plenty of profit to put on more than just traction bars to fix the issue...

Make them correctly fix it.

I will definitely push for traction bars once I speak to the place that installed the lift for the dealer!

Yea I would for sure, and at the very least push for them to share the cost.

I hear what your sayin, Pizzaman, but also, when the dealer chose to sell me a lifted truck, they are obligated to tell me there would be problems to be expected with a lifted truck.
They didn't, so since that's the case, they have a responsibility to correct the issue, even though, it may not be considered "broken".
It's something they should have planned for, but since its the first lifted f150 they've sold, I'm sure they are surprised, as well.
The place doing the lift should have informed them of this possible issue, since they are the knowledgable ones in this area. That's just my opinion.

are the blocks stacked (2 blocks)? if so you could remove the smaller block and add an AAL that will help some, but with out going with a new leaf pack withno blocks you will need trac bars to correct the proble. I have he same problem with my lifted 02 f150 with 35's and 4.56 gears, i am planing on adding an AAL, removing the stock block, and adding trac bars to corect my issue.

I just watched your clip, and that sounds horrible!!!! I think I'd crap myself scared if I heard that going on. That really doesn't sound safe at all and I'd push the dealer very hard to fix it! Was this something that just came up out of nowhere or progressively got worse?

Have you got under the truck to see if you can spot what's hitting what? If not, can you and post pictures?

I am pretty sure it's a single block.
I don't have the truck to look underneath.
When it first happened and I got to go under the truck while
on the hoist, the mechanics who installed the lift, and I, did not see any obvious distress of any part hitting another.
They did think the stock transmission mount may have torn,
So dealer replaced with a raptor mount.
Also how does an anti- wrap block work?
But didn't solve the issue.
Also, how does an anti-wrap block work

the transfer case mount is hitting floor of cabin.

the clearance for some reason is only a little more than finger thickness.

even mechanic says this is much smaller clearance than hes ever seen...

first time i floored truck it happened....even if u dont floor it, it can happen, but only if the rear hops
i had only had the truck a few days when it first happened, so no, was not gradual...
