2012 Leveling Kit and tires help

Hey, Im new here and looking for some help with my new F150. I just got a new 2012 FX4 157"wb loaded supercrew and I'm looking to add a leveling kit and tires. I was thinking or going with an AutoSpring 2.5" front and the 3" rear blocks. I'd also like to add some 295/60 20 Trail Grapplers on the stock 20" rims. Will this combination work with the stock rims without alot of trimming or rubbing issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated. On a side note, I have to wait a few weeks to do this since my wife took the truck to the store a half mile away and it came back with 1700 in front end damage, the darn thing only has 500 miles on it and is going to the body shop to be fixed next week.

You will be fine with that setup and that sucks about the fender bender with only 500 miles.

Keep in mind that the new design of these trucks makes the slightest lift feel bigger!
I have a 2" Level on my truck and it feels about as tall as a 2004-2008 with a 4" lift.

I am using 2" rear blocks in place of my stock 1.25" ones as well and running 33.5" tires.

I am new to leveling kits as well. I have a 2011 SCREW that I want to sit level like I see a lot of others on hear. I was my mis-educated thought that if you "lift" the front with 2" then you were done.

I see that you did 2" blocks in the rear to replace the 1.5". If I do 1.5" in the front would I need to do anything to the rear? Thanks

Initially I did just the front level too....but something just didn't look quite right. It was dead level looking at profile view...but at any kind of angle it just jumped out at u that the front sat nose high. The extra 3/4" in the back fixed that prob!

Do you have to do a bigger block in the rear after doing a AS 1.5" kit: NO
But I'd recommend at least a 2" replacement block.

Keep in mind the AS1.5" kit will give u 2" of measured lift!

Yep, the spacer is the same they used on the 2004-2008 models which gave those ones 1.5" of lift. But the dimensions of the spacer is exactly the same as the 2" spacers from the other level companies.

OK, just got my truck with the level and tires. It turned out good, the truck looks great. The tires are rubbing the upper control arm at full lock. Do I need to be overly concerned about this? Is there anything that I can do to fix this. thanks again....[IMG][/IMG]

Hows it going, I have a 2010 FX4 F150 Crewcab and just added a 2.5" leveling kit and it gave me almost 3" of lift in the front and @2" in the rear. I also changed my wheels from the stock 20s to XD crank 20x9 with 0 offset and my 275-55-20s to Nitto Dune 305-55-20. It not only looks great but there is no rubbing and still rides very good. Hope this helps. Oh yeah, and sorry about your wife!!!!! Damn I hope you love her!!

Hey,thanks....maybe I'll have to ditch the oem 20's and go with new wheels. I may try a .25" spacer in the meantime. I still do love the wife, but she said theres no way shes driving the truck now with the level and tires, I probably should of done it sooner.

I am getting ready to purchase a lift and think your set up is the best I've seen in my short time here. I was looking into hbs 2" level kit and 2" blocks but haven't decided for sure what to go with. I was looking but may have missed....What kit did you use?
