Looking For Shock Reservoir Mounts

I just ordered up a set of Fox 2.0 Remote Resi. Shocks from downsouthmotorsports.com, and I'm looking for billet reservoir mounts which would allow me to mount to a flat surface, such as the frame rails. All I can seem to find on the net is the type which attaches to either a shock body, or a roll cage tube.

Anyone know of a good solution?

W/out drilling the frame, using existing holes (would have to be made specifically for your truck then), or using a clamp around the frame i don't see you finding a billet one easily.

one idea

Why not make something similar to a hydraulic bump stop mount, you might be able to find one w/ the correct ID that you can make work.

something like this, and then make 2 welded tabs on the frame for attachment using longer bolts where it clamps down (edit: this way you could probably find billet and make them work)

cheap poly performance mounts, but i'm guessing you want the bling

Looks like I may have to head to the machine shop to have something made up. I've been searchin' evry which way, and havnt found a solution. I would have thought that Fox would offer a few different mounting options, but all I find are reservoir to shock mounts.

When i did the procomp lift on my bosses truck i needed a mount for the resi's. Turns out an ignition coil bracket from older ignition system (the kind used on most boats pre 2002) the bracket fits the resi perfect and they are adjustable. Here's two types, i used the first style

I know they aren't billet but they are affordable and he has 20,000 miles on them no issues, i'll try to get pics next time i see the truck

Heres these, wouldn't be hard to make them work and their billet

You don't neccessarily need a specific resevoir clamp, think bump stops, fire extinguisher mounts, offroad mounts, etc

check this company, i run their hi-lift mounts on my fj40, tons of options and i'm sure with a little brain storming you can find something to work

Thanks for helping me to think outside the box on this one. I'll have to expand my search area
