leveling kit failed

whats up...new to the forum, been watchin it for a while now and yalls posts are always real informative....however, got a situation i cant figure out...I have a 2008 4x4 screw lariat...decided to put on nitto trail grappler 305/55/20's...i was told by everyone i talked with they would fit with a 2 inch lev.kit on my factory 20 inch wheels....they didint...height wise they were fine, but they rubbed the upper and lower A-arm bad.. forced to buy aftermarket wheels with enough backspacing to clear that arm...worked fine. But the problem is this: the entire left side of the truck (driver side front/driver side rear) is sitting 1 inch lower than the right side (front and rear) even after alignment. everyone ive talked to cant figure it out, ive measured a hundred times a hundred diff ways and it still the same...took it back to who installed lev.kit. and they took out both struts (with lev.kit. still attached) and they stand perfectly even,...they dont know what it is......does anyone know what this might be, or how to fix...much appreciated

That wont matter. If it weighs enough it will make that side sag

Gas tank doesn't weigh enough to sag it that much that fast. That's a long period of time sag you'll get from a gas tank, like 5 years+ to really see a noticeable difference.

And you know how to use the edit button, so edit your original post if you have something else to say, don't double post.

Op, Have you tried to get them to swap the struts to opposite sides up front? If you do this and the sag transfers over to the passenger side, I would say maybe it is a coil or strut issue.

You could have just bought wheel spacers first to fix your rubbing. it was the tire lugs rubbing correct? there are a bunch of threads on fixing rubbage with certain wheels and sometimes people dont read the whole article, they may have assumed you were running TERRA instead of TRAIL grapplers. which the terras would have cleared fine.
How many miles are on your truck? Its possible you have a bad shock. Crap happens. i doubt its the leveling kit, the ones i have installed in the passed can only go on one directions due to the bolts on the top.
As far as gas making your truck sag, you will see a slight change in the rear with a full tank, not hardly enough to notice unless you put a tape measure on it.

Besides .... the gas tank is maybe on the drivers side but it's not "way over on the drivers side" .... it's beside the drive shaft. When I fill from 1/4 to full I don't even notice a drop unless I placemy leg against the truck .... then I just feel it.

Could be a broke rear leaf?

im not saying it does weigh enough. i said if it weighed enough it will cause it to sag. which it does weigh enough when full.

When I got my auto spring level kit, one spacer was marked drivers side.....Maybe they are installed wrong?? They have an offset design...
