6" ProComp Stage I Lift Question

Need a little help here. I have Rancho QuickLift fronts and Rancho 9000XL rears. I also have a ProComp 6" Stage I Lift that I was thinking about installing.

There are spacers for the front suspension included with the kit. My question is whether the need for these spacers is eliminated by the fact that the QuickLifts have already leaveled out the front end of the truck.

With that being said and if I am correct in my thinking, would that mean that I am really just looking at about 2.5"-3.0" more lift on the truck once the ProComp Suspension lift is installed?

Can someone with a ProComp 6" Lift give me a measurement from the center of their wheel to the fender well front and back? Your assistance is appreciated as always.

If you put the spacer on top of the rancho shocks, then your front end will be about 3" higher than the back end. If you don't put the spacer on top of the ranchos, then your front end will be about 3" lower than the rear. I don't know if those rancho quick lifts are adjustable or not. If they are, then you would need to set them as low as possible (as close to stock height as possible) and put the spacer on top of them to get the correct front end height. If they are not adjustable, then I don't know how they would work with a 6" lift

You need the procomp spacer on top of the strut rancho quick lift or not....I do not understand why no one wants to run the top spacer from the procomp kit. Essentially you are only moving the mounting point down a little, you are not creating any more leverage on the strut at all...I bought the stage 2 because I wanted the fine adjustability of the coilovers, to be honest with you I wish I had just saved my money and added a AS spacer on top of the procomp spacer to get an extra 2" of lift...

When you buy the longer struts from Bilstein take a look at them, the shock body is not that much longer, the spacer on the bottom is actually longer than the stock strut to help give the extra lift. Secondly these trucks do not have a lot of droop travel, next to none. So having the longer strut unecessary unless you are heading out into the desert to do some highspeed running there is no need for the longer strut. I would be more apprehensive about the rear 2 block setup in the rear than the strut spacer...

The QuickLifts are basically the same as going with a leveling kit. At this point, my truck is level. I thought that the point of the spacers was to give you the lift and the level at the same time. That being the case, I was under the impression that adding the 2.5 blocks in the back and the rest of the lift up front (minus the spacers), I would still be level. Is that incorrect?

Leave the quick lift on the truck, add the front procomp 6" spacer so you get a total of about 7.5 to 8" of lift in the front. In the rear just install an add-a-leaf with the factory block and the procomp 2.5" block stacked as per the instructions and your truck will sit perfectly level....
