warning Airlift sorry customer service
I bought a remote control system from them over two weeks ago and emailed customer service with some questions. Waited a week and got no response so I emailed sales and sent them my questions and told them to send them over to tech services. Now over two weeks and no response.
I don't understand why a company would offer tech support via email and then not answer the emails.
I used two different email accounts just in case my hotmail one went to their junk mail. I also registered the product and in the comments section told them that they needed to answer my email- no response.
I will not buy any more airlift products
