smooth riding shock

I have the Rancho's and like them. I had a set of KYB Gas-A-Just prior and these are much better. They are actually the proper length in the front. I have 20" wheels and torsion bars cranked just to let you know what I'm working with. They're adjustable (haven't really played with the various adjustments yet) so I went with 5 (out of 9 I believe) on the fronts and 3 on the rears. So far so good. Pretty easy to install as well. They are self-binding, so you can position one end, unscrew to "release" the shock and they slowly extend. Pretty sweet. I installed mine without the boots as well. Hope that helped.

Yeah, they come with boots, I just opted to leave them off. I had researched quite a bit and I heard there was also a risk of using the boots and getting dirt, moisture, etc. trapped in there leading to quicker corrosion. So thats the route I went.

I have the Ranchos Quick Lift on mi 2005 SCrow.
The ride is nice and adjustable from way too soft to really rough.
I keep them at 5 front and 6 rear, that works for me. Slightly rough than stock, just right for me.
One thing thou Mine is ding on me after 1 year of installation. Miner offroading (Without abuse), Mileg on them is 60,000 KM (37,500 mil) warranty is over and I am going for Icon stag I now.
