Air bag (suspension accessory) repair

Is there any way to repair an air bag? I have a slight crack in the rubber that will leak out overnight. I tried a tube repair patch, but it cant handle the 80psi inside the bag...

I'd say a new bag is in order. I doubt a patch will ever hold. Somebody else may have better information, but I think replace it. 80psi is one thing, but then add some weight on top and start it swaying around during turns, etc... I think you'll have a blowout pretty quick, if you ever get a patch to hold.

No way dude...too much pressure and too much riding on an air bag to try and patch it. Anything that did work would be temporary at best and you'll be dealing with it again later...and most likely dealing with it when you've got a load or something relying on it. Too cheap and easy to just buy a new bag.

I wouldnt even consider patching that thing up in the first place. Especially when your actually using the bags and that patch doesnt hold when your going around a turn with a decent size load in the back. That probably wouldnt be a good turn out. Just order a new bag, call it a day and a lighter wallet haha.
