Can I run a 6in lift with my factory 20s? Or do I have to get aftermarket wheels.

 

All 6" lifts that I have found require aftermarket wheels due to backspacing requirements. The rancho 4" lift is the biggest lift that I found that will work with the stock 20s. I don't know the year of your truck, but all of my research has been on the 2009.
