New to everything

Ok well i'm about to get criticized but i'm a chevy guy. I'm just trying to help out on of my buddies who has a 03 f105 king ranch. Its a 2wd and i just got ford keys and 2 inch rear coil spacers on my tahoe z71 and he (king ranch owner) loves it and wants to do it to his truck. However when i went to look for the real coil springs, there was none, along with the torsion bars. Is there any way that he cant lift his truck roughly 2 inche without having to do a body or suspension lift?

Your tahoe has a different rear suspension that his truck. You can get 2" spacers for the front to level it out but anything bigger will mess up camber/caster. If you want to lift the rear, you can just put blocks on there but you will most likely need more lift up front so you sit level depending on what look your going for.

Right, he just needs to add 2 inch coilspring spacers up front. He can add a lift block out back if he wants to lift the rear any.

pics? from what i understand he has torsion bar so the keys would be easy. However is there such thing as a spacer to fit under the rear leaf springs?

2wd doesnt have torsion bars. And you can get an AAL for the rear if you want or just get a bigger block

RIght, the 97-03 F-150 4x2's have dual a-arms and coilsprings up front.
