Start soaking all of your body mount and bumper bolts with penetrating oil right now. I'd also wash the bottom of the truck. Nothing worse than trying to work with dirt falling into your face.

Wandell is right. The stock body bolts have loctite on them and they are a PITA to get off. If you don't decide to wash underneath, better get some safety glasses

Bribe your friends to help by offering them some beer after it is done!

X2 on soaking the bolts. Air tools help

That and make sure you have buddy to help out. You will need someone under the truck with some big channel locks to hold the body mount bushing things while you loosen the bolts.

the last one I did have a wopping 3 bolts with loctite the others didnt have anything on them... ford mush have been cutting cost?

A breaker bar, torx bits, and a pipe that will fit over the breaker bar will make your life easier.

Don't use an impact though removing the body bolts. It will strip them and then you will really have a tough time.

Check out my gallary for pics of my towhooks. I used 88-98 GM towhooks with my body lift.
