i doubt it'll take you 30 hours. I worked by myself and did it in around 20, and that was with breaks and taking my time. And I got tied up on the radiator for a little while, I was determined I wasn't gonna take that thing out just for the stupid fan shroud

I wouldn't say an entire week, but a few days atleast. When it comes time to do the bed don't be surprised if you have to cut out a few of the bolts, some of them just won't budge no matter how much you soak them. I had to cut out one but I know others have had to cut/grind out all of them. Oh and make sure you have a few sharp 1/2" drill bits, the frame is pretty stout.
