stupid fan shroud...i know exactly what you mean...that was probably the hardest part of the whole thing...hahaha

When it comes time to do the bed don't be surprised if you have to cut out a few of the bolts, some of them just won't budge no matter how much you soak them. I had to cut out one but I know others have had to cut/grind out all of them. Oh and make sure you have a few sharp 1/2" drill bits, the frame is pretty stout.
i went through two 1/2' bits on the front frame horns alone
