Noisy steering

The steering in my 06 makes a creaking noise when turning in to a parking place or when turning the wheels slightly when pulling into my garage. It does it at low speeds, had it to the dealer and they stated they couldn't hear anything. Any ideas? I have 33000 miles on the truck. It's like a creaking moaning sound. Please advise.

Thanks. Dennis

Back in the summer when turning my truck made a sound similar like a ratchet strap being tightened down. I had new brake pads and rotors put on and had the suspension checked and the guy said everything looked to be fine. The noise went away but then a different ticking noise developed after about 3 weeks. My Ford dealer also said they couldnt hear it too but I am going to try and take it in again in the summer to get it diagnosed hopefully. It sorta sounds like somebody is tapping on an aluminum pipe now. Hopefully you get it figured out as I am lost to what it could be now.
