!2" Rize lift kit
!2" Rize lift kit
So im thinking about get a 12" rize lift i already have a leveling kit with 33in tires. i was jsut wondering what else i need besides the wheels and tires and what size tires would be good
For the rear i dont think you need brake lines bc you have an 04. The later 05 models and up need the rear brake line kit but confirm that again with Rize again or call Jason or Mike at LevelingPros and they will help you with what you need.
Longer rear shocks. Check out http://www.airbagit.com/product-p/xs-res-2442-sb.htm i can get the longest shocks there for a pair at 160 shipping. Plus they are resi's.
Driveshaft I will be going with a double cardan joint not aluminum but thats up too you. FX4LIFE got his driveshafts front/rear for like 500 he said and he has a 10inch Rize.
Rear lift. Going to need a new leaf pack or block and an aal. I am going with an 8inch block till i get a custom set of leaf packs made for me. I will be running a 6inch block in the long run so i can run some Rize traction bars as well. They require a 5inch block min if you want to go that route
Gears are a must if running anything bigger than 37s. I'd go with 4.88s

Cost:
Rear Brake Line( if needed ) it will need to be custom made. That's what I was told atleast by crownperformance and leveling pros. Roughly 150 shipped or so.
Shocks: 160 shipped if you want those shocks or if you want like kings, foxs, sway a way,or doestech your looking at more money.
Front coilovers: either use the Rize extensions that come with the lift or can buy a set of Kings but that's also a pretty penny. Talked to sbchris or fx4life they both are running upgrade coilovers. I think they are more than 1k though
Rear life: I know Rize rear 6inch blocks with u bolts is like 277 on trucktoys.com or whatever that site is. I'm on my phone right now. I'm not sure on aals though.
But I'm pretty sure the Rize 12inch leaf pack is in the 1600 area
Driveshaft. Not sure but it also depends on who you get it from. But like I said FX4LIFE got his front and rear for like 500. I think he went aluminum.
Gears looking at 1500-2000 for parts and labor. But if you wanna tackle that yourself there is a write up in the how to section.
Also include the price for someone to install this lift.
