thats how i found out the info i needed, was asking everyone on this forum. ask away, if i dont know someone here probably will chime in.

technically yes it will nose up while towing. kinda the reason i am adding something in the back to continue a slight rake. that way when i tow there shouldnt be a sagging backend. most here will tell you if you level they have also added an AAL or 2 inch block. but still looks nice and close to level.

and yeah, if its a couple thousand lbs. it wont really affect it much. if its 4,5,6000 plus lbs. it will nose up.

It's not the weight you tow, it's the tongue weight on the hitch or the weight in the bed of the truck that will squat the rear..........

right gotcha.i was referring to MTP-FX4 as we are talking about pulling (towing), a 2-3000 lb trailer will not have a 1000 lb tongue weight or enough to sag it... a bigger trailer would. and of course the added tongue weight and/or bed weight will affect it.

MTP-FX4..... I leanning towards the 2.5, I have been looking at the 2004 models closely and they seem to have a bit more of a rake than the newer ones, worst comes to worst I'll just put some rear blocks if the front ends up being higher, I also took some measurements and it looks like there is a bit over 2.5 inches of difference between the front and rear, as long as the rear doesn't sag when I level the the front I should be ok with the 2.5. thanks for your input.

I had an AAL in my old dodge and it ruined my ride. I would go with the 2.5" kit it gets it up but doesnt create the harsh angles the 3" does. I have a 3" currently and I love the look but the upper balljoint and everything else is at a harsh angle and it made sudden bumps really bad. But $50 for 3" or 1400 for 4" I will go 3" lol

did 2"AAL to other truck yes it made ride stiffer. With this truck I now tow a 6'x10' trailer full of tools daily. It made the back squat. I added air ride air bags this time instead. Still get factory ride no squat; plus it took out the body roll out; it feels like the truck can corner at 100mph. i'm not sure when they came out with these but you can now get 2";4";6" disks to put under air bags to lift back of truck up?
