5100 series levelling shocks
Anyone know if these are available for an 02 King Ranch supercrew? Everyplace I look only has the 04 on up. Well, guess I probably just answered my own question huh?!

I think you can tighten up your torsion bars for a bit of lift in the front

RIght. Your truck has torsion bars, not coilover shocks. The shocks on your truck do not support the weight of your truck. Just crank up the torsion bars and get the front end aligned.
