Exclamation Front suspension overhaul

I have an '04 FX4(new body style) that is in need of an alignment. I took it to the shop today to find out that my lower ball joint on my drivers side was toast along with the ball joint on the passenger side outer tie rod end. I want to break my suspension down and replace all of the b/j's with serviceable grease joints. The truck is on the stock suspension, with a leveling kit. What parts will I need for the project. Looking to do this ASAP so that I don't wear out this free set of $1250 tires that I have! I have searched till I am cross eyed! Also, if I ordered parts that are for the '05 FX4, would that work? I have heard that you run into getting parts for the old body style if you aren't careful? Thanks!

Ball joints, shocks, sway bar bushings, maybe tie rod ends?

How many miles on the truck?

70k on the truck. I don't want to step up to do shocks just yet. The truck rides great except for the slight left pull at highway speeds.

Dude if your tearing it all apart might as well throw in some Bilstein 5100s and ditch the leveling spacer. IMO.

Ahh, I take it I cant just throw some shocks on at a later date without tearing it all back apart?

Well the front shocks are inside the coils so you have to decompress coil to remove, I believe. And at 70k I would imagine your front shocks dont have ANY shock left in em. Bilsteins all the way around will make it ride like a dream!

Check out ball joints and stuff at rockauto.com

I looked at that site...quite difficult to navigate(could be me...just tired). I will check it out tomorrow. I was thinking I would replace my upper and lower ball joints along with the tie rod ends. Is it true that I have to get the whole upper a arm just to replace the ball joint? Is it the same with the lower one?

Also, does anyone know the part numbers for the Moog Tie rod ends? I know my passenger side outer is worn pretty bad, but would like to replace all of that as well. Thanks!
