Sorry about that I jumped on the bandwagon and said it was racerguy (the name sounded right) This writeup from R1Jester (above)is the one I used when I replaced mine. Follow his directions he did a great job. Thanks Glen R for getting it right.

Oh man im sorry guys I thought if anyone replied it would email it too me. Here's how you find it, click on technical articles at the top menu and near the bottom is a link to ford truck enthusiasts' technical articles and it is under suspension. Hope it's not too late. Oh and it's for 97-03 4x4.
